What would happen if I put on a moo-moo and flip flops and cheap sunglasses and stomped?

And stomped through the streets of Mexico and demanded that Mexico give me rights. Would the government embrace the idea ? - what about if I carried a bullhorn and GRUNTED out like a sick moose , demands from the people to take me in and give me what little they have.
