What is the difference between different color lenses for sunglasses?

I love to go fishing and I am always looking for fish passing by the shore. However, many times the sun reflects its glare on my eyes. I usually fish in lakes by the shore. What color lenses would be best for me to wear? Are there any other good ones? Where can I find them? What is the diffrence of about five diffrent color lenses for sunglasses? Please help!

AMBER; its the most versatile, they work even in low light conditions, if you cant get that then smoke/gray works well, you need polarized lenses to reduce glare and see the fish.
Ive also found shimano optics very good, even better than oakley and at half the price
The lenses are actually under the cycling section.
