What can I put on my sunglasses to keep them from fogging?

Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew of any home remedy-type things that I can put on my sunglasses to keep them from fogging up. I know there is some kind of fog spray that you can buy but is there anything from home that can work? Your answers are appreciated, thanks.

    Slice a raw potato and rub over them. Let dry, then polish. They wont fog .

    The top or place foam insert there is spray stuff you can buy yeah kind of helps just pull em away from your head usually they fog up anyway quit being such hot head usually they fog up with safety.

    I use tooth paste on scuba mask when diving. Wipe it on, then rinse it off. Just try it.

    Any ski shop should have a compound on sale called Cat Crap it’s a paste designed to prevent fogging of lenses. Also soap will work for a while.
