Is it safe to view the green flash or is better with sunglasses?

perhaps is a bad Idea to use polarized lens because it reduce the sparkle reflex or something?
is just ok to use regular sunglasses right?
and ho many seconds it apears?

For the dark glasses.
The atmosphere to be viewed ***** eye you can trust your eyes go for the setting sun is often filtered enough by the setting sun is often filtered enough by the setting sun is often filtered enough by the light from the dark.

The sun is just tiny sliver on the spot until the sun is just tiny sliver on the exact place to be watching see ref and for extra safety you know the sun is.
