I bought a brand new pair of Chanel Sunglasses and one of the crystals came off, what can I do?

I literally bought a brand new pair of Chanel Sunglasses 5114B (Brown) two days ago and one of the Swarovski crystals fell out. I went back to the retailer and they told me that all sales are final and there is nothing they can do! Can anyone tell me what I should do? And is this even suppose to happen with Chanel sunglasses that have crystals in them?
No they are not fake I bought them from a retail store in my city. They have 4 stores in my area and are well known. But still! This sucks

Ouch!! I suppose they have a full refund?? Or you can just leave it, let’s hope it’s not that noticeable!!
