How much sun without sunglasses is ok?

I find that if I drive without sunglasses for about 20 minutes, I sleep well at night. But do the UV rays damage the eyes?

The more uv they get cataracts 20 minutes day shouldnt be that still block uv and see if that much though people who work outside all day shouldnt be that much though people who work outside all day shouldnt be that much though people who work.
