How do I get scratches out of sunglasses?

i have a really nice pair of sunglasses but they have some knicks/scratches in them. What is the best way to remove them or should I just buy new ones?

    You could probably use really fine sand paper, don’t ask me what grit but it would need to be really fine so it doesn’t scratch them further. It’s worth a shot if you’re considering buying new ones anyway.

    The name was sorry get new ones would be good but there are other alternatives for example there are some liquids.
