How can I tell if a Chanel sunglasses are real?

Hi! My friend just gave me a brand new 2007 men’s chrome Chanel sunglasses from eBay, and I was wondering if it’s real or not? The description of the item was very detailing. It have the style and the serial number on the frames. The sunglasses only came with a case; that’s pretty much it. The sunglasses also feels so light and flexible-the material is made out of chrome/metal. Thanks!
