Do people who wear sunglasses look arrogant?

Do you think people who wear sunglasses, especially aviator glasses, or any other large lensed sun glasses look arrogant/cocky? On a side note, do you feel that sunglasses can deter the casual trouble maker from causing someone trouble because sunglasses can look intimidating?
