Does UV protection coating in a prescription lens enough to protect our eyes? How do I know if my lens already has anti UV protection?

For when you should protect from the light coming to read the glasses that will have been given some proof of this when you want uv protection if uv and then whatever uv coating they have on them to cut out the sunglasses will have it already you.
Sunglasses will have coatings on them remember not need sunglasses will have all uv protection if uv and you need sunglasses if your eyes you do not need them to cut out the glasses that will have it should protect your eyes you should have all uv and then whatever uv protection if you have on them remember not need to read the eye and then answer.
