How do I fix scratched plastic polarized sunglasses?

I bought a new pair of sunglasses for $18 and the second day I had them I dropped them on a parking lot. Now there is a scratch in the middle of the lens!

I am afraid that the polarized coating will be damaged if I take it to an eyeglass or a sunglasses store (and I don’t want to pay more than needed). Also I would imagine that the auto plastic scratch polish will remove the polarized coating as well.

Can I buy replacement lenses that are inexpensive? If so, where can I get them? (I don’t want to order them online or anything of that nature)

ANY SUGGESTIONS???

I am looking for the either the name on the side of the glasses, or just where they are actually produced, NOT where the company is located, there sunglasses are not produced where Lacoste has its headquarters. Please help me, no one can find an answer for me so far.

Are microfiber cloths the best for cleaning eyeglasses/sunglasses?

I really want my sunglasses to last long without getting to many scratches, usually those scratches resulting from improper cleaning. Can’t find this pair too often, so it’s like my treasure. I’ve learned that either those cleaning bags that act like a cleaning cloth or these microfiber cloths are the ways to go. Any testimonials?

Also, as I researched, apparently there is more than one use for microfiber cloths. THere’s also a ****** microfiber cloth. Can anybody elaborate and tell me if it’s actually good for cleaning your face or skin?

I’m looking for a website or store, i guess, that sells good, real sunglasses but discounted or cheap maybe? As long as there real and not too high priced. Maybe anywhere from 30 to 80 bucks?

I want to get my dad a pair of sunglasses, but I’m not sure what are the best brands for men, and what kind or style should I choose for him? He’s Asian and 60+ years old now, he has small round face, dark skin. I want something that makes him look good but not flashy.
